I’m a 20-something-year-old based in NYC with a passion for telling meaningful stories through written content.

By day, I work full-time in the digital marketing space as a writer and editor, specializing in SEO-driven content. However, my background is rooted in journalism, where I was the Managing Editor and Arts & Culture Editor of my university’s student-run newspaper.

Today, I freelance for lifestyle publications like Apartment Therapy and write on my personal Substack (when I remember to). I especially love writing personal essays covering the intersection of home, culture, and everyday life — whether that’s navigating the ups and downs of NYC living or reconnecting to my Chinese identity as an adult.

When I’m not writing, you’ll probably find me with my nose in a book, dancing at a concert, or playing around a mahjong table.
